We came to Sunny Beach last year on holiday. The customer service at this bar was atrocious. One waitress there is nuts and not right in the head. She chased us shouting like a madman down the street cause we changed our minds at last min and left our drinks. She tried to pull my mum back by the arm which was out of order. She made us look like criminals and said she will call the police. We already payed our drinks so it wasn’t like we robbed anyone. It was so unnecessary for her to treat us so awful and disrespectfully. Disgusting behaviour towards tourists

Last year the food at the Piccadilly bar was ok but last night a group of 7 of us had a meal there and it was Terrible!!!! I got a T bone steak for 35lev (£17.50) and it was the size of a beef burger! It was served with lettuce, grated carrot and 15 chips.......Only 2 people in our group were happy with there meal and they both had pizza! Lesson learned..... Never eat there again!!!!!!
