Wow! So filling and rich and delicious! Got their pot pie and wasn't disappointed. Also got their French onion soup and it was the best I've ever had. So worth going and really a great place to enjoy yourself.
I put my hand up to get a check. I saw two servers just passed near my table and not looking at me. They were not my main servers but I am pretty sure they saw me I needed help. I am very disappointed how they treated me and my friend. I have been to Pierrot Gourmet for many years and never had this kind of service.
CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY I went for brunch today and the service was horrible. A server came to take order for both drinks and main dishes about 15 min after we sat and the drinks took another 15 min to come out. It took another 15 min to get the two dishes we ordered. The manager brought out the food and told the third one will come out shortly. But till we finish the two dishes the last one never came out. Around 1 hour after we came in I told our server that we'd like the dish cancelled because we had to leave. They checked with the kitchen and told us that the dish was delivered to a different table by mistake and insisted whether we would like to take it for to go. I said no and asked for the check and when our server gave us the check, I noticed that while the third dish was taken off, they charged us double for one of the two dishes we ordered. I asked to talk to the manager and she said that it was a system error but I doubt that. Make sure to check your bill before you pay so that you do not have to pay for something you never got. This has been one of my favorite brunch places so this is all so unfortunate but I guess I will not return for some time.
