The staff were very good and even though it was stressful, they solved everything. Staff seem disconnected and a lack of optimism you’d expect from a family restaurant. The host mumbled and ran to the table. My pregnant wife barely was able to keep up. No consideration. Pop corn littered around the entrance adding to the experience. Since the small portions, we expected a faster turn around. No. Took nearly an hour for our small order. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: kr 400–500 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

If you're into food that is warm and taste good with a nice ambiance to go with it, don't go here. I can definitely see how it's a nice spot for families with young kids, but for anyone else who appreciates food, it's so easy to do to better.Food served to me was both dry, and cold when it was supposed to be the opposite. Prices are on the higher end , which is strange as one would expect that you could reduce the overall cost by replacing service with an app and thereby offer lower prices to the end customer. However , pinchos probably decided to pocket this instead and bank on the "hype" which is service-free ordering. Something that belongs more at a fast food restaurant.
