I visit Piz Boé Alpine Lounge every year and it has always been a 5-star experience. Unfortunately, this year was a huge disappointment. They no longer serve dishes made to order, and traditional classics like eggs, speck, and potatoes or Kaiserschmarrn have been removed from the menu. Also, the staff's language skills (Italian/English) have declined significantly compared to previous years. I hope they return to their former high standards.
