My waitress Millie was lovely and provided excellent service! She was very friendly and made sure our dining experience was enjoyable. All of our orders were accurate and was delivered with a smile. The food was a delightful experience, all the pizzas were perfectly cooked and flavourful and the service prompt and courteous making it a very enjoyable dining experience. In a nutshell: poor! After difficulty booking online, the service was flat, and the food mediocre. Furthermore, for some reason by 8.00pm the upstairs was closed off, so we had a great view of a spiral staircase as opposed to the medieval castle. Won't be going there again!
