Clients don't highly appreciate Pepperoni and tea at this pizzeria. Food delivery is a big plus of Pizza Hut. Based on the guests' opinions, employees can be accommodating. Disappointing service is something that people don't like at this place. The atmosphere of this place is spectacular. But google users rated this spot and it didn't gain a high rating.

I ordered a pizza and drink to be delivered tonight. DoorDash delivered the order for some reason. They sent the wrong drink and the DoorDash guy refused to fix the mistake. I called the store and they also refused to fix the mistake, instead refunding the cost of the drink and losing my business forever, of course. The pizza is awful. It's cold, flavorless, ludicrously thin, and doesn't have any sauce even though I ordered extra sauce. Avoid them and order from literally anywhere else. Update: I called DoorDash and they called the store for redelivery of the pizza. She told me the store manager refused. So yeah... negative five stars. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1

If I can rate zero stars I would. Placed an order after getting off work late trying to figure out a quick meal to feed me and my family. We’ve placed an online order. I had payed with card, their delivery person that we got connect to through (DoorDash) tried telling me we still owe money, and used his phone to use a translator to communicate because he didn’t speak or understand and English. He then refused to give me my food and was arguing with me and my husbandso we had to call the store who confirmed we payed but still was no use because the man decided to take off with the food and left said he was "unable to deliver" very very shitty communication between the store and their drivers.. Y’all really need new drivers who speak & understand English also actually drivers not DoorDash. Service: 1

Ridiculous i have wait more than 2.5 hrs for my order and been calling been on hold for more than 40 min. Super horrible service and never received my order. It's a headache to get to "supervisor" to get a refund.. been on call with customer service and telling me that the Columbia heights never received my order but yet pizza hut charge my card... I want my refund, I will never order pizza hut ever again!!! Service: Delivery Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 1
