I have used this Hut for years. This is largely because i like the food from Pizza Hut and I have lived where I live now for quite some time. So when I want a delivery and I want Pizza Hut, i have alternative. The food is always nice. The problem is that out of maybe 50 orders over the years, less than 10% have gone without issue. Either the online system fails to deliver the order to the shop. Or the shop lose the order. Or the shop are shut but don’t tell the online system. Or then shop are just incompetently slow. In order food for delivery often and I use many different services and restaurants. Every other restaurant has an excellent track record. I would say at least a 95% smooth success rate for all others. But Pizza Hut via Ardleigh Green are shocking. This could be Pizza Hit Nationally or maybe just Ardleigh Green, either way - shockingly poor. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
