Not sure what is going on with this Pizza Hut location on Ala Lilikoi Street... I ordered via the Pizza Hut app and entered the store after the app said my order was ready. However, I was told that the pizza was not ready. I waited 25 minutes before my pizza was handed to me, with no apology for makine me wait. When I arrived home, I took a slice out and it was not hot at all and the pizza was not properly cut. I guarantee my pizza was sitting on the side for a while, despite the employee telling me that it wasn't ready. While there, there was another irate customer who inquired about his pizza.
