I perceived the person I met at the checkout as grumpy, rude and not very service minded. She did not complain that the colleague had made a mistake, but rather blamed the person concerned and said that this was not her fault. Explained that I didn't want the pizza that had been made and then I just got a rude answer back. Not the first time I have experienced the employees as bad. Will not eat here again. Very bad

I ordered a pizza from Bragernes to Union Hotell in Drammen on 26 April. The app for PB promised me delivery within an hour. They couldn't do that, so then I had paid NOK 280 to look forward to something that didn't come, so the dinner was a smoke that day. After I called and canceled because I was going to a show, there was extremely clumsy service from the guys on the phone and little understanding. Questions like "What are we going to do with the pizza then?" and "Do we have to pay back?" was asked me. The next day a pleasant lady called and said that there were several orders that did not go out that day. She promised me a full refund, but said this took a few days as I had ordered from PB central. I still haven't received this now 14.06, so "a few days" probably means that I'm unlikely to get them?
