After having dinner 2 evenings with the family I would say an excellent pizzeria restaurant, excellent Italian appetizer as well as the orecchiette with mushrooms and sausage. The pizzas are not to my liking but good, very friendly and welcoming staff. Very large place with lots of seats Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Orecchiette Con Salsiccia Dolce

Pizzeria fuori il centro storico di Matera con diverse sale molto ampie e un doppio bancone con due forni a legna. Abbiamo iniziato con qualche bruschetta non indimenticabile seguite da arancini di qualità, estremamente semplici e non particolarmente saporiti. Due focacce di pane pizza in stile pane arabo con prosciutto pomodori ed mozzarella e una pizza con pomodorini,salsiccia piccante, gorgonzola e cipolle Certamente non mi sognerei mai di paragonare questa pizzeria di Matera con il fiore all'occhiello della gastronomia Campana ma guardando tutto in un'ottica locale posso dire che l'impasto è stato appena sufficiente a differenza della farcitura caratterizzata da prodotti di buona qualità San Pardo is a pizzeria outside the historical center of Matera with several large halls and a double counter with two wood-fired ovens We started with some bruschetta,not unforgettable, followed by a good quality rise ball (arancini), extremely simple and not particularly tasty. Two loaves of bread pizza in style Arabic bread with ham, tomatoes and mozzarella and a another pizza with tomatoes, spicy sausage, Gorgonzola cheese and onions. Of course i would never expect to compare this pizzeria in Matera with Typical Neapolitan pizza, but looking everything in a local optical, I can say that the pizzas dough was just enough to difference of the filling characterized by good quality products
