I give the stars to the staff. We have been 3 times now and each time I am hoping to walk out happy we went but that's not the case. Every time we have gone they are out of something that we try and order and then either the fries or the burger are cold when they get to the table. I wouldn't really recommend this spot for anyone. We miss the old Pacific Blues.

The food was okay, but the service was bad enough to not go back. Very limited menu (eg no sourdough as a toast option). My friend's meal came out about 8 minutes before mine, then mine came out incompletely. I ordered poached eggs, but the toast came out about 5 minutes later (there was only one other couple in the restaurant at the time). The waitress would often disappear, and we had to get up and ask several times for things like more water, toast, the check, etc. Ultimately, the wait staff seemed to have no clue what they were doing.
