For me, it's a classic Slovak pajzel, with tablecloths on the table, frowning service and with smoke through which you can't see the Martinske sticks. The beer is fine, the alcohol selection is classic, the toilets are ugly, but the whole thing has the charm of a classic, ancient Slovak pub. As it was a joke 20 years ago, so it is today, that's why it has its own charisma. If you don't like it, there are plenty of other businesses in the area that you can go to. But Mincol is only one!
