Great gastronomic experience that they provide at Polea, with dishes that are adapted according to seasonal products and incredibly good preparation, also highlighting the magnificent service on the part of María They have a small but very nice and cozy place, with few tables to have attention to detail. We loved everything, they work with a single menu with the possibility of adding dishes, including their homemade pasta (subject to availability), and also having a good wine list. We were lucky to meet Alejandro, the chef, very close to his clients and very pleasant, letting us notice that all his creations are made with love and with a brutal finality.
