Quick and friendly service and absolutely delicious food! Will absolutely be back.
I used to work next door, so I think I've been stopping into Pop Pop since it opened. First time in, I had the braised pork leg and that's kept me coming back in since. Everything I've had there has been great.
Solid Thai food on Aurora.  My friend and I had lunch here, as we were heading up to Shoreline for a show.  I don't often venture to this part of Seattle, but am glad we found Pop Pop Thai Street Food.   Pop Pop Thai Street Food is located in a small business park along Aurora, so there is a parking lot outside the restaurant (yes!).  The space is on the smaller side, but felt inviting.  Service was great throughout our entire time here.   My friend ordered the Pad Kee Mao Noodle with tofu while I ordered the Braised Pork Leg.  Food didn't take long to get, and overall, I was pleased with my meal.  I've never seen a Braised Pork Leg on the menu at a Thai restaurant, which is primarily why I decided to order it.  I like trying different foods, so this was a good gamble.  The braised pork leg was very tender and flavorful.  The skin had some fat on it for extra flavor.  Meat easily tore off, with just a spoon and fork, scooping up a piece with some rice and pickled mustard greens.  The braise on the pork made its own sauce with the soy sauce and spices, so it was nice to have the rice soak in it for extra oomph!  I really liked my meal.  It was simple yet tasty. Glad I tried Pop Pop Thai Street Food and ordered a different kind of dish than what I normally get at Thai restaurants.  For affordable street Thai dishes in north Seattle, make Pop Pop an option.
