Everyone recommended the steak here, so I went there for my boyfriend's birthday. The appetizers and wine were all okay. I don't know if the hot food staff in the kitchen that day was new or if the quality of the meat wasn't that good, but the steak was so dry and tough that I frowned after taking one bite and could barely chew it. The surrounding tables seemed to be okay, but they all said it was too tough and they ate it while shaking their heads. It's a steak restaurant, but it's okay except for the steak. The atmosphere is very pretty and the servers are very friendly. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an amazing experience tonight with Porteno! The customer service here was top-notch, Lucas gave us the 5 star service! and the foods exceeded my expectations as always.
