I was going with some expectations of visiting Prado, but it was definitely not a pleasant experience... ridiculously small doses, in terms of flavor, some things we liked, others a little indifferent, but in fact with a "dose" size (if it is what can you call it), so small it was difficult to taste or appreciate the dishes. This versus the prices....an experience not to be repeated! Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We were very excited to visit Prado as we had heard amazing things, though I am sad to say it was disappointing. The food is quite good, but not as outstanding as we were told. On the other hand, the service was supbar. We had preemptively contacted the restaurant because someone in our party had food restrictions and we reminded the staff know as soon as we were sat at our table. None of the food restrictions were respected, so that was very frustrating. Also, the service was so slow that not only did we wait a long time for our food we had to make an order for a bottle of wine three times (yes you read it well) and waited half an hour for it. Besides, we noticed the same lack of service didn't happened with non-portuguese customers... Like many restaurants in Lisbon, Prado is catered to tourists who are coming in for a semblance of traditional food with a twist. However, it is underwhelming and overpriced, which could have somewhat be ignored if service was outstanding. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Everything was perfect. The unfussy but friendly and attentive service, the sommelier, the wine, the lighting and atmosphereand of course every bite was divine. Unusual super flavorful combinations of flavors. Really a stand out. Will be back whenever I’m back in Lisbon. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
