Overpriced for basic fast food style coffee. Quite busy and chilly. Service was fairly quick and staff were so-so some nice, some that barely acknowledged you. Only worth considering if you're getting out of the rain. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

In walk through Media City most days and often stop here to meet my neighbours for a coffee. Pret is very popular in the mornings and there is often a long queue however the staff are very friendly and efficient so I never have to wait long. There is seating inside and outside with beautiful views of the park and canal. There is a tram stop nearby also and the very pretty Blue Peter Garden. There is a monthly subscription you can get where you pay a fee and can have several coffees every day but i haven’t fully explored that. Might be worth looking in to if you’re a regular. Nice place, good food and delicious frappe. Staff could do with a bit of enthusiasm. There are plenty of places for people to eat and drink and we need a reason to spend our money at Pret A Manger
