I was here on race day at Hampton Court Palace so the pub was heaving! I have to take my hat off to everyone working that day because it must have been stressful and they were great. Had a few issues with drinks but they were replaced with no fuss. The roast was a good size, great sized piece of chicken, and the sticky toffee pudding is a decent size! I could only just manage it and I love sticky toffee pudding. I would definitely come here again Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Family of 10 visited early on a Saturday lunch time for a birthday meal. The mains took just under a whopping 2 hours to arrive, which seeing that we were amongst the first tables to order was a tad surprising. The Manager came over to offer the standard apology but to sod all effect. All in, pretty rubbish especially when no discount was offered. If you are going to offer a service , but fail to deliver and still expect a full payment. Expect this type of review. Food wise, the starters are interesting and I really enjoyed my chicken liver, but the mains really lack any effort. A restaurant chain feels the safer choice. Hi James, Thank you for your comments however I believe you are reviewing the wrong Prince …Hi James, Thank you for your comments however I believe you are reviewing the wrong Prince of Wales. We are in East Molesey near Hampton Court and it seems you may have visited the Prince of Wales in West End, Esher. It is sad to hear that after 2 hours of waiting you were not offered a discount as this is an unreasonable length of time to endure. We would really appreciate it if you could remove your negative review or move it to the correct Prince of Wales as to minimise the impact on our business. Kindest regards, Oliver More
