The pastries are more industrial than homemade.

Which bakeries make their own pastries?? For our part, we have not been doing them recently due to a lack of staff. This is no reason to give 1 star because everything else is homemade.

Hello, I am the baker. I am writing to all customers who criticize or are not happy with the bread, or the cakes, apparently it will all be frozen.... So before criticizing the work done by the boss or by myself I invite you to come in the morning at 2 a.m. to let you see if it's frozen... I've been working in the bakery for 5 years and I can assure you that everything is homemade, even pizza dough, sugar dough, etc. .. my view is that people know that criticism without knowing it will mean that they will want to come at 2 a.m.... OTHERWISE VERY GOOD BAKERY I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXCELLENT BOSS AND GOOD UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN ALL EMPLOYEES Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
