Our experience at Puccini's was not positive. We, a party of 5, had reservations at 6 PM. From the very onset the wait staff and manager/owner were obviously pushing us very hard to rush through our meal so as not to jeopardize their next seating at 8 PM, which we were not aware of. It was total chaos. When they showed up with our main course we were still working on the appetizers. We asked them to please give us some time complete the apps. This was before 7 PM. Then it really got interesting as they removed the main courses and said there would not be any further service provided to our table and that was the end of our experience. What was to be an enjoyable New Years Eve experience turned to confrontation and belligerence. Never again. John and the rest of us. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

Lies all lies, explain how it took yout party 35 minutes to completely show up. You had apps on the table for 35 minutes. Dinner was served at 7:05 even you said that to the chef. You're just the type of people who go out once a year and treat servers like a door mat but you meet your match and now you're online try7ng to warn everybody

The Chef Eric was amazing. All dinners are made from scratch. Cooks and prepares right in front of you. All quality food and authentic. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
