After a long walk around Western Approaches - Liverpool War Museum, come to this bar and have a rest here. If you like British and Spanish cuisines, then Puffin' Rooms is worth checking out. You can order good puffin, beef fillet and fillet steaks. The chef at this place cooks tasty chocolate fondant. Delicious whiskey, wine or liqueur are worth trying here.

My experience at the Puffin Rooms was exceptional. The service was beyond excellent, my favourite staff being Emily. She went above and beyond to help us and made us feel so welcome. I would return solely just to experience the service provided by her and the others! Joe was also a special touch, he reminded me of Austin powers! GROOVY BABY! Visited Puffin' Rooms recently for my 40th bday while in Liverpool. Had an absolutely amazing experience. Had a whiskey tasting (they have an awesome collection of whiskeys, with some harder-to-find bottles), with James as the resident expert, and found him to be a great, engaging host. We stuck around afterwards for dinner and some live music, and weren't disappointed on either front. The food was delicious, and the entertainment was top-notch. They also have a cigar room, if you're so inclined. I'd definitely recommend paying them a visit when in Liverpool. I certainly intend to the next time I'm back.Thanks for a fantastic experience, Puffin' Rooms!
