Located at the 3rd floor, this cute shop sells Souffle Pancakes, for 150-200 pesos depending on the flavour, you get two stacked on top of each other and a variety of sauces and mixtures added to it, the consistency and texture of the pancakes were super light and fluffy, you barely even have to chew, and worth the price for what you get, but I do recommend getting it to-go, as the seating area is not the best organized, other than that it’s a nice place to get some tasty dessert, as for the coffee, it’s on the stronger side, so get it at your discretion. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ₱1–500
