We waited for our meals for over than an hour, the place was empty. Waiter billed 2€ tip per person (in our case 8€) just for bringing salt and pepper, which nobody asked for. Avoid this place, meals were 2/5 Service: 1

Rats above and under the tables. Staff is unprofessional and rude, when we asked for a new table, they insulted and laughed at us. After dinner we had stomach problems.

Well, well, well... where do we start with this one?Let's set the scene, we are on the Wednesday of Hideout week, so we are tired, hungry, and in need of a nice meal in a pretty restaurant to refuel and chill out, like a nice half-time meal. When walking down the waterfront we went past our trusted Bazilika restaurant where we'd been twice already, we stopped and pondered for a while whether we should go for a third time in three days, but we decided not to as we thought that Punta Mira looked lovely, and the food looked delicious and the well-dressed waiters/waitresses would provide us with good service and we'd be happy to justify the extra cost.Oh how so wrong we were... how very very wrong. On entering the restaurant we were met by a nice lady who asked if we'd rather sit upstairs or downstairs, and right away we were taken upstairs as per our choice, nice and efficient, no questions asked.Therein lies the only good part of our entire experience at this place. It all goes downhill from here, so get your skis on Margaret, it's going to be a bumpy ride!!We were sat down at a pitch black table, facing the back of the restaurant even though there was a free table overlooking the sea which is why we wanted to go upstairs. No complimentary head torches which I was shocked about. After having the drink and food menus we had to wait about 20 minutes before being asked what we'd like to drink/eat. No real issue as we are on holiday and had plenty to chat about.Once we'd ordered we had to wait 2 hours for our food. We were twice told "10 minutes" when in reality, our food was probably still being caught in the Adriatic Sea. When our food finally came, they served us 3 out of the 5 meals, with the two Risottos still to come. They came about 10 minutes later and arrived stone cold. We sent the food back so they could reheat it, another 10 minutes later and it came back, the waiter warned us about it being hot, yet the food was still stone cold, they'd just heated up a plate instead! The Risottos got sent back, the rest of us finished our meals then we had to wait again for the bill - the lack of urgency in this place is frightening, the staff were friendly enough but my god they're so laid back they were horizontal. We paid up (minus the Risottos) and left. We won't be back.To cut a long story short, I could have probably cooked and served our meal in less time than it took me to write this review.
