Pupuseria Metapan is pretty near Santa Ynez Canyon. Visitors state that they like Spanish and Salvadoran cuisines at this restaurant. Pupuseria Metapan offers you good pork, pupusas and tamales. Try tasty petit fours. Get your meal started with great horchata, juice or lemonade.
Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The positive aspect of this spot is that the staff is nice. Terrific service is something guests agree upon here. You may be surprised by attractive prices at this restaurant. The lovely decor and homey atmosphere let clients feel relaxed here. But people rate Pupuseria Metapan below average on Google.

The food is good, but they take too long, I was waiting a long time and if you are very hungry I do not recommend that you arrive, I recommend that you improve the time. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I preface this review because I have only ordered delivery from this restaurant (but it has been multiple times). I really love pupusas. I have been attracted to the menu at Pupuseria Metapan because they offer a lot of vegetarian variety in their pupusa stuffing options, including jalapeño and cheese, spinach (unclear if it comes with cheese), and zucchini and cheese. My orders have consistently had issues, most recently they under fried the plantains and burned two pupusas; making most of the meal unappealing. I have also experienced a pupusa with way too much zucchini and no cheese (the ratio was off), and the casamiento (rice and beans) had al dente beans. This is one of the few pupuserias that deliver, and I am hoping they can take the feedback and improve their food quality, because we need pupusas delivery and we want to support local businesses!
