Went here a week ago today.Lady very friendly when taking order.Meals for my daughter ,Grandaughter and myself came up,I had ordered jacket potato with homemade coleslaw.My coleslaw was grey,old and way past it's best which was bad enough but big black hair in it.Not wanting to cause a scene,I called over lady who had taken order(owner) and pointed out hair quietly.She didn't say sorry offer me anything else or even speak.She just took it out the back and didn't come back out.When I went to pay I was told I wouldn't be charged for mine.......I would think not!Used to love it here but am disgusted with treatment. Carpet full of stains,walls filthy and tables sticky.Needs a deep clean and a lesson in customer service.

This is our favourite place to go to for a fantastic cake and the best tea. People friendly and so helpful. I am in a wheelchair and the place is ideal for me as I can get in with no problems.
