We stopped by the Püspökfalat brewery in Gyöngyös for a quick lunch. A Simple but great place. With an excellent kitchen. The pricing is simple, the roasted rooster and the soup (as well as everything except the dessert) for one price (550 HUF/10 deka). The locally made somlói was a little cold, but not too sweet. (Let's not be maximalists) In summary, it's a place for real workaholics. There is no crowd. A few tables serve the traffic, but they are always in the store. Breakfast is also available (e.g. bunda bread). Great for a drop-in place!
