Quarry Beers

• Galena Gold
  ABV 5.2%. IBUs: 19. This thirst-quenching and refreshing golden ale gets it’s golden color and slight sweet taste from premium two row malt, along with a lightly hopped characteristic coming from the noble hops used in this easy to drink beer. Sure to appeal to the domestic drinker and the micro aficionado, this beer is like striking gold.
• Shale Pale Ale
  ABV 5.8%. IBUs: 41. This well hopped Pale ale is not for the faint of heart. It appeals to those who want a well balanced hoppy ale with aroma, flavor and bitterness working together. To showcase a beer that has been a staple for hundreds of years the crispness of the hops are accentuated by the local water and the use of a unique variety of hops that is new to the market. A medium bodied beer that has a long, complex finish; Shale Pale Ale is sure to be your favorite.
• Gneiss IPA
  ABV 6.8%. IBUs: 82. Pronounced "nice", this American style IPA gets its unique flavor from American hops used in generous amounts. This showcases a full range of bitterness, flavor and aroma.
• Open Cab Copper
  ABV 5.8%. IBUs: 15. This Irish ale is a fantastic middle of the road beer with a balance of Malt and Hops to produce a slightly sweet beer that is refreshing and easy to drink. This copper/amber beer appeals to refined beer drinkers and also allows people trying Micros for the first time to experience a flavorful beer that will not offend any drinker. The Irish style from which this beer is derived is a favorite throughout the year being refreshing in the summer and a soothing staple through the fall, winter, and spring.
• Open Pit Porter
  ABV 5.8%. IBUs: 24. This brown style Porter is the perfect finishing beer for all true connoisseurs. This porter has chocolate overtones with a slightly sweet flavor and a medium body allowing it to best be compared to a Mocha Coffee, and thus like coffee an easy drinking, rewarding, and satisfying beer that will allow the drinker to enjoy time spent with others or by themselves contemplating life’s concerns.
