After you have seen Jackson Square, come to this restaurant. Italian cuisine is famous around the world and visitors advise you to taste it at Quince. Degust amazing caviar, amuse-bouches and awesome lamb this place offers. It's a pleasant experience to order terrific gelato, brioche toasts and perfectly cooked lemon pie. You will be offered fantastic chardonnay, champagne or tasty fino sherry. Most likely, you'll return to this spot later to try great hot chocolate, tea or wonderful coffee.

Visit this restaurant to celebrate an anniversary, wedding, or a birthday party in a beautiful interior. The perfect service and the exceptional staff are its great pluses. Prices at Quince claim to be average. As clients see it, the atmosphere is excellent here. It's a three-star Michelin restaurant that deserves a special journey.

Late review for dinner at Quince last year. I came here with my fiance to celebrate my graduation from dental school and had a wonderful time. Our menus came with a personalized message at the top which is always a nice touch. The restaurant is beautiful and the ambiance was really nice and intimate, candlelight, dim lightings, etc. Service was excellent as expected, attentive and not at all snobby. In terms of food, everything was delicious and beautifully presented, but not every course blew us away. The standout dish for me was surprisingly the white asparagus, which came simmering in a large glass jar on the table during the previous course and we got to smell its fragrance. It was then served with the most deliciously decadent sauce that I almost licked my plate. I love it when restaurant send you home with a little something, and the hot chocolate that Quince send you out with is a delight. So rich and creamy, perfect way to end the meal!

First review of the new year and have to do it in style right?!  Quince has been on my bucket list for quite a while now, and once I saw there were reservations available just a few days prior to my birthday, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to splurge in a nice meal prepared by Michael Tusk! Driving into the city on a weeknight was a pain, and trying to find parking was even more chaotic, but luckily enough made it in time for our reservation at 6:30 PM.   After being given a quick introduction of Quince by Kei, we were given the option with their special menu of the night (which included white truffle sprinkled on every dish) or their prix fixe tasting menu.  We opted with the prix fixe tasting menu, and our night kicked off with with Canape, or otherwise known as hors d'œuvre. The next 3 and a half hours was pure nirvana.  The following dishes were carefully crafted and brought out at just the right pace. Spot Prawn with fennel and horseradish Tsar Nicoulai Caviar with smoked eel Bay Scallop Black Cod Lobster with black trumpet mushroom and fresh farm onion Lasagna made from celery root Farm egg with porcini mushroom Farm squab Venison with pomegranate We were completely blown away at the creativity and the attention to detail on each dish.  The notable highlights for me were: - Pumpkin pie with caviar...such a creative dish that maximized the full flavoring of the caviar.   - Black cod wrapped with ruby beet, I know it sounds a bit odd but it complemented the cod perfectly! - Lobster Garganelli was packed with fresh lobster meat with the mushrooms stuffed inside the egg-based pasta. - Farm egg...this was just...WOW.  Our socks were completely knocked off with this one (figuratively).   - The "miss" for us was the venison...there was just something about the texture about it that was rough and gamey. Once all the main courses came out, Quince was kind enough to bring a birthday tart cake to share as well as a smorgasbord of small delicacies to try from the dessert cart.  Thank you Quince for hosting and for the personalized birthday menu!
