This place was so accommodating and delicious!! It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the service and food we received made this one of our favorite meals in Barcelona! The waiter explained the menu and drinks to us, the steak, tenderloins, fries, wine, and desserts were incredible! Great service considering most waiters in Spain seem indifferent (:
Omg I can’t believe this place got good reviews, I just been there and I have tried the worst food in my entire life (I have been in thousands of restaurants). Firstly place is sooo dirty, if you will come closer to the bar you can see! Me and my mum were so hungry and tired after 1 hour running in the rain and we get there to have some tapas. Bravas, chicken croquettes, tomato bread were not eatable, sausages has some old oil on them, everything from microwave even though guy said it is fresh, I felt sick after few bites, left 70% of the order, finish only tea and most of the omelette. I said to the guy that I will pay for half as this was horrible. I cut it short, he called the police and I end up paying for everything cos police man ( probably some friend or family) said that I have tried so I have to pay. I am so disappointed, guy was also very rude. Don’t ever go there even if you starving!!
I was very tired after the visit to Sagrada Familia with my big family. Arrived without reservation. I was worrying the cafe would not take us in(9 of us!), however the owner was very nice. And he served the best tortillas de patatas in my whole trip in Spain. Very nice place to have a rest in the morning! 2017 Spring
