Interessante locale perso fra le zone collinari dell Umbria Servizio accogliente piatti semplici e raffinati al tempo stesso Una cucina che sperimenta e cerca accostamenti interessanti anche piuttosto creativi .Si puo e si deve pero cercare di essere piu precisi e preparati soprattutto in alcune cotture vedi la carbonara di lago e forse un po piu di precisione nella descrizione di alcuni ingredienti Cosi da rendere il cliente piu partecipe ed informato Bravi comunque tutti precisione nella descrizione dei piatti
