My husband and I love to try new coffee shops. It’s one of our favorite past times. So when we were in Hawaii, of course we needed to try some local favorites! As someone who has been to lots of coffee shops, I can confidently say this has the best vibes of any coffee shop I’ve been to. Beau greeted us as we walked in (as he does everybody). He greets all the locals by name. He was super friendly and personable with us, even gave us a map and local recs! When there is no line he goes and mingles with the customers and makes personal connections. Aside from the awesome vibes, my drink was insane! I never had a drink quite like the funky monkey! It was giving smoothie, frap, and milkshake all at the same time. We went there a second time and both of my meals were great! If we go back to Kauai, I will be sure to come here! Rainbeau Jo's was one of the highlights of our time on Kauai! The coffee selection is unique and absolutely delicious, with flavors you won't easily find elsewhere. But what truly makes this place special is the people. Everyone on the team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to make your day better. The atmosphere is full of good vibes and aloha spirit. Outstanding service, amazing coffee, and some of the friendliest staff we've met. A place that really stands out and keeps you coming back. Bagels were great! Portion of lox was pitiful, so little I opened it and almost didn’t see it under the tomato.
