Rainbow Chinese Cuisine is pretty near Queen's Road East. Nicely cooked Dim sum, pork roast and fish are the best dishes. Get your meal started with great tea. Visitors don't highly appreciate wine at this restaurant.

I stopped by to have a light snack, I had no idea what to expect but since the restaurant was just across the driveway from the Indigo Hotel. We were treated like VIP guests. we were escorted to the lift to the lower floor and brought to a dining room. we were there only guests on that floor. The food was pricey but is worth what you pay for. The ambiance is elegant and the service is top notch. Definitely give them a try.
