Best potato salads and filled rolls in town!

How could anyone say a bad thing about Raith?!? We have never been disappointed with their service, food or prices.
Honestly the tastiest German sausages. We usually get so excited that we walk out with way more food than we intended on getting.
My lovely companion recently tried their Bobotie and thoroughly enjoyed it.
From potato salads, pickles, sausages to breads. Raith never disappoints.

Raith Gourmet - Gardens Centre
Absolut Fantastisch

It must be due to the fact that I drive a Mercedes (Panel van – not the fancy units). Whenever passing close to the Gardens Centre in Mill Street, my vehicle ends up in the underground parking, close to the German deli - Raith Gourmet.
One of my all-time top, must visit places when venturing over the mountain and into town.
An abundance of delightful German sausages, a vast selection of cold meats, cheese’s, buns and rolls. Not forgetting the eisbein und sauerkraut of course. My type of happy place - and many others, judging by the lunch time line of hungry patrons.
In Summary - Raith's Gourmet has been around for a good few seasons and it's not too difficult to see why. Food served is top quality - whether ordering you meat cuts, cheeses or cold meats for home or enjoying a traditional German meal inside or at the Deli’s outside seating area.
A good menu place to start is the tangy Curry bockwurst R23.00 and fresh crispy roll .(Bockwurst topped with ketchup and sprinkled with curry powder). Absolut Fantastisch
A few other meaningful meals that need mention are the Kassler Chops (göttlich) and the eisbein (wunderbar). And remember the mouthful of sauerkraut.
Service is as per German standards - Polite, meticulous and above all efficient. (Albeit a bit canteen style). Meal prices are pocket friendly - considering what you getting.
A must visit deli when in the area. The only issue one might have is' Do I have seconds or thirds'. The second dilemma is what to take home. My oh my, what a tough life.
Ich danke Ihnen
