We just got SO lucky with the weather, and our beautiful pizza afternoon was a 10/10! The wood fired pizza here is bomb af, with a zesty tomato sauce, Neapolitan style crust, and delicious toppings. There were four of us that were a bit peckish, so we finished two regular pies, but you could easily eat more. The vibes were great, bean bags comfy, Young The Giant radio on point. Rakau Pizza Queenstown - we have had pizza 3-4 times in NZ so far in the last 12 days of our trip. This by far was the best pizza I had. Truly wood fired - crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, delicious blend of toppings and baked to perfection. I haven't had pizza this good back in NYC either. So many vegetarian and vegan options. The owner was also super friendly and made it spicy after we requested him. Definitely will be coming back before leaving Queenstown. Thank you!!
