We've been visiting DC over the last few years.. the Oyster Bar is now our first visit when arriving in DC. Superior drinks and great oysters. We enjoy the bijou (a mixed alcoholic drink composed of gin, vermouth, and chartreuse). Well crafted drink... we vsit the bar... bartender was great (Ronnie?) Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Raw Oysters on the Half Shell

We had a great lunch at Rappahannock Oyster Bar. The drinks were great, the octopus was perfectly charred, and the branzino was delicious. The only item that was good but not great was the fried shrimp. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Whole Branzino, Raw Oysters on the Half Shell, Grilled Octopus
