I went on the 65 minute English language brewery tour on a Saturday afternoon. Jürgen was our tour guide and he did a great job. In addition to other guests, there was a group of 12 guys who were on a bachelor party. I'm mentioning this because they were very disruptive but that's not Jürgen's fault and he did his best with the situation. There is a brewing room that you walk through with explanations of the different stages of the beer brewing process. In the back is a tasting room and most of the tour took place there. We all sat around a table while the guide poured and explained the beers. There appears to be a slideshow and we looked at some of the slides that identified the three beers we tried but I think because the slides were in German, we didn't see the full presentation. The tour was a nice diversion and although I have been on many brewery tours, I still learned something from this one, particularly about German beer. After the tour, your hand stamp gets you a discount in the gift shop.

Good beer selection, but it got smaller over the years. Now they sell more Ratsherrn and less other beers. The bottles can be a bit dusty. But nevertheless a nice store with a good atmosphere
