Gastronomy and sustainability

Nolla means ‘Zero’ and this incredibly friendly neighbourhood restaurant is all about zero waste. They don’t accept packaging from their suppliers; their uniforms are made from discarded bed linen; and they have their own composter and microbrewery. Original dishes showcase local ingredients and give a nod to Spain. More info

Writing this review still sitting at the restaurant. Came here on a solo trip to Helsinki, big foodie and done a lot of great places. This restaurant was not only delicious, but the card is creative, perfectly balanced and the service was amazing. Had the deer tartare and the goose, followed by ginger ice cream and meringue (what?!), and the whole thing was beyond expectations. It’s a small team managing a big restaurant so I guess sometimes it’s not perfect, but this was one of the best restaurant I « paid » myself ever. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Thank you for your visit and we are so delighted to hear that you couldn't wait to tell about your visit with us before leaving the restaurant. The ginger ice cream dessert is to die for - we might be a little biased ;) I will forward your kind words to the whole team and we hope to see you again soon! // Siiri & Team NollaMore

Excellent food and outstanding service. Came here for the set menu as a table of 9 and we were looked after in every way. The food is seasonal, sustainable and most of all delicious. And the service rocks in a brilliantly charismatic, fun and knowledgeable way - I highly recommend taking the wine flight with the meal. Thank you Ravintola Nolla! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
