You can order nicely cooked coconut shrimps, crab legs and salmon. Try good biscuits, sundaes and cheesecakes this restaurant offers. Here you may drink delicious piña colada or good wine. As a lot of visitors state, coffee is really good.

We visited on 4/20/2024 (keep in mind we went 3/17/2024 and spent over $400 & had the only good experiencefrom a gentleman waiter, who unfortunatelywas not there this last time) The girl hostess was extremely rude, we asked for a booth, she sat us at a table, when asked if we could be moved she snatched our menus from our table and threw them at a booth. The waitress was very rude as well. We own a Construction company, have tattoos and apparently to the rude staff, they didn't think we was capable of dropping several hundreds of dollars on a good meal and service. Just ask the male waiter how much his tip was from the husband and wife with the tattoos and blue fish bowl drinks....Anyway, my wife ordered a Lobster punch, took one sip and about choked, allmsugar no liquor. Then we ordered their flight of margaritas, also terrible. The first batch was so watered down and they remade them, there was also no alcohol in them, after 3 there was no tipsy what so ever lol, maybe their bartender drinks the shots or they used water down liquor so don't waste your time, my wife was a bartender and we occasionally have drinks, so we know how they should taste lol. We ordered the spicy calamari, it was terrible.....it was rubbery and inedible, it was like it sat under a hot lamp and the cook threw some sauce on it and sent it out. I ordered the steak and lobster and paid extra for the 12oz stak (I got the exact same thing 1 month earlier and it was so much food I had to take it home), this time the steak was all gristle and the lobster was half the size as a month ago. My wife got the lobster and shrimp with salmon, everything over cooked. Between the hostess, server, bartender and food it was a miserable experience. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone now because if I go drop $400 on dinner I expect to be treated with respect and curiosity. I'll load the pictures from my wife's phone. Needless to say the waitress got a very small tip and a note about her attitude and the way to make as much money as the male waiter got the month before.

20 minutes to get soft drinks and they were wrong. Another 15 for side salads, ordered without onions, had onions on them. Has the all you can eat shrimp but took 25 minutes to get shrimp skewers after server said they would be out in 5 minutes. Finally just gave up on AYCE and left. So definitely not worth price paid. Edited to add: as y'all can see, their customer service reached out to me asking me to message them on Facebook. I did so, only to be lied to over and over and over. They keep telling me that someone from their guest relations team would be contacting me. I've waited.... Heard nothing from them. Yesterday I messaged their FB and told them I have not heard from guest relations. This is what they said verbatim "Sorry to hear this, Brandi! We reached out to our guest relations team and you will receive a follow up today." Can you guess what happened? If you guessed that they still have not contacted me, you would be right! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Not a particularly pleasant experience on this visit. From the time we sat down until our main courses arrived at the table was 57 minutes. It wasn't very busy, and our waiter gave us a line about a bunch of online orders. Total time from start to finish of our meal, 1.5 hours. Waiter was absolutely fantastic, but the service overall failed to live up to reasonable expectations. Editing: Red Lobster corporate reached out and I had a discussion with them regarding my experience. Their solution was to send me a gift card for less than 1/3 of my meal cost. That's actually insulting. We won't be going back to Red Lobster anytime soon where I have to pay them money to hope our experience isn't similar.
