Ordered the Chicken Strips and Fries. Paid $15 for 4 pieces that looked like a Kids Chicken Nugget. The Manager wasn't trained at all. But the server was good, and she understood exactly where I was coming from. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I don't know what it is any this one. We've visited several times and they don't seem to understand what 'crispy' is. Apparently, when you say you want 'crispy fries', they hear 'floppy and sad'. Burgers are par for the course, and the mozzarella twists are okay when they're not undercooked. The fries are the primary reason we've enjoyed other Red Robins and without them, what's the point?
