We ordered the shark fin dinner set. The starter featured crispy salted egg fish skin, jellyfish, and tender black pork char siu. The braised crab meat and shark fin were rich in flavor, followed by aromatic white pepper lobster. We also had abalone, and the main dish was fish maw rice.
