In the checking information we were told that someone meet us at the property, but when we arrived (around 16:00-16:30) there was no one there to help us to be able to get in. We called property several times and nobody answered. We stayed outside in the cold for long time. When we finally got the information to get in we saw a personnel and when we wanted to talk he didn’t answer us and started speaking french and said he can’t understand English. The room was fine but not clean enough, the table was very dirty which I provided a picture for it. We reserved this place since in the website they stated there is parking in property but at night there wasn’t place to park the car which was very inconvenient. Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 2
