Nice arrangement but would have liked clearer instructions initially from the staff for people who have never bowled before. Trackside music would also have been appreciated. In addition, a good atmosphere and good conditions for cohesion for friends and colleagues. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: kr 200–300 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

It was quite an experience at Vollmers in Malmo. The service was fantastic, and we were received even before we reached the restaurant. The restaurant had an impressive repertoire for the evening, which included 100-year old bread, various seafood dishes containing local herbs and cheese. They even included a map to show what the ingredients were collected, and the restaurant is a frontline model for future sustainable dining experience. We didn't give 5 stars because we felt the dishes were too heavy on the acidity and sweetness, and we didn't catch a break from one course to another.
