Besides Roda Sten Konsthall, visit Quality Hotel Waterfront in the vicinity. It's nice to try delicious rum. Guests don't like coffee at this restaurant.

We only visited the restaurant in the hotel. But what an experience. Very good food, child-friendly in many ways and the view over to the northern river bank. Our waitress was incredibly good, she joked with the children, of course they had something to occupy themselves with. Pencils and a menu that you could draw on. I have probably never seen such a fast, funny and thorough person before. Despite that, she had full control of everyone's reactions and laid down at a suitable level for everyone. Then I think everyone had nicknames when we left. It wasn't too expensive either. No problems with large groups, there were 10 of us + two children. Highly recommended! Etc. Andreas Flyborg Nearby activities: I think the go-cart remains. Marine plane with restaurants and the last splash pool in Gothenburg as far as I know. Walkability: You can walk along the southern river bank, or over the Elfsborg bridge and check out the cozy northern river bank. It is a bit of a walk to central Gothenburg, however, it is not very far to the tracks. Food & drinks: Great food and a minor show by the waitress! We just spent 5 wonderful nights in Quality Hotel Waterfront Goteborg. The view of the water from out room was wonderful and truly amazing at night. It was great to watch the ships and ferries move up and down the Göta River. The room was clean and very comfortable. The history of the building is also worth learning about. The staff all spoke English and very friendly. They helped us find locations we wanted to visit, looked up ferry and tram numbers and time schedules, restaurant suggestions, and places to walk to see the sights. In the morning, the breakfast buffet had a huge variety of foods that no one could go hungry. We were very tired after our daily adventures and it was so nice to come back to Hotel Waterfront to relax for the next day. I would recommend this hotel of you are staying in Gothenburg. It is away from the busy part of the city and just a tram ride back to the city center. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Quiet, Great value
