Staff were extremely good - proactively reaching out in advance to get potential problems sorted out in very flexible ways. Very friendly wait staff in the restaurant. Some décor was a little dated but overall a nice place to be, in a grand location and with great views of the hills.

We chose this hotel because it is dog friendly. We were given a dog bed, a food bowl, dog waste bags and dog food. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a great time.
