We booked the hotel for the first week of January. Unfortunately, due to another guest at the hotel, there were a few challenges for the hotel, but also for us, to overcome. Which meant several room changes were necessary. The team worked hard every day to find a solution to the problem. We are very happy for the warm efforts of the team and that everything was done to ensure that the guests of the house are satisfied at the end of the day. The entire team is very friendly and empathetic towards their guests. The wishes and needs of the customers are always taken into account. We visited the restaurant on four evenings in total. The food was of very good quality and fresh. We have always been satisfied and can recommend the restaurant 100% with a clear conscience. Thank you very much again for your appreciation regarding the invitation to dinner and our bill. We really appreciate it. We would be happy to visit you again. Arrived on Saturday 3rd September,and informed on check in that the Hotel kitchen has Sunday and Monday nights off and we would have to dine at 2 different nearby hotels of Das Reischs choice! Very poor as we chose this hotel mainly on the reviews others had left praising the quality of food,unfortunately the Sunday night hotel they chose for us presented to us a menu that we could only choose between 2 items of starter 2 main and 2 dessert, I can guarantee this poor menu in no way reflected what we experienced on subsequent nights at the Reisch.This treatment is disrespectful to customers,the hotels they choose to stand in for them should be at least equal to their own dining experience.Apparently this behaviour has been in place all season and to make matters worse Tui did not inform us of this change.This otherwise lovely hotel has tainted our first visit to Kitzbuhel with their cavalier attitude .My wife whose 60th Birthday on the Monday was very disappointed.
