Outrageous service, absolutely a no go. Came for my mums birthday. Booked table for 7 day before. They knew about cake too. We came in time, where waiting for drinks for ages, never served them. Asked why, the answer killed: we dont have a special person to serve drinks, so we did ourselves! No glasses for water.. half napkins where missing. Never asked if we are ok or need anything. The salads came one by one in one hour from our arrival with an interval in 15 min. The main came after two complains in two hours from our arrival. An explanation was, they have one chef only and he is not able to cook for many people..So bad experience, will never go again. Totally ruined surprise for my mum and took cake to eat some where else. I wish i could post photos of meat and veggies platter...

Уровень пельменной или чебуречной. Почему называют ресторан, не понимаю. Владельцы мучают работников! У них явное желание работать в сельском хозяйстве, свиннюшкам подавать корм, а их в сфере услуг держат. Кухня оригинальная!Давненько тараканов в бутерброде не видел,порадовали!

Отмечали важное семейное мероприятие. К сожалению, очень разочарованы: еда оказалась крайне невкусной, как будто приготовлена несколько дней назад, все сухое.Было заявлено, что заливное будет подаваться порционно, а было небрежно порезано и свалено на одну тарелку, и взять его было невозможно. Гарнир, который претендовал на гордое звание "запеченный картофель", оказался очень заранее сваренным, обвалянным в "Ароматике"(содержание глутамата натрия шкалило), горячее было подано не вовремя и порядочно остывшим. Приходилось постоянно ходить на кухню и напоминать, что пора что-то делать: подавать, убирать посуду, выставлять напитки и т.д.). Официантки больше интересовались своими телефонами, нежели гостями. Настроение было подпорчено, т.к. мы ожидали большего от такого серьезного заведения.
