I have been coming here for 30 years through all of the different owners but tonight was the last time I will ever go. I went in and ordered one scoop of rice and one scoop of sweet and sour chicken when I got to the cashier he opened the box and said is this a double I said no I ordered 1 portion that is how much the guy gave me he was kind of rude about it but oh well he could have taken some out if it were an issue he did not but the kicker was he was not going to give me sweet and sour sauce just the dry chicken pieces I asked for the sweet and sour sauce with the sweet and sour chicken and he proceeded to charge me for the sauce I said why would I pay for the sauce that is literally in the name of the entree? He said you are already getting extra chicken I was like I didn't ask for anything extra he got so rude with me I just left the food I just can't believe that they would charge extra for something that you need to make it what it is. When I called, they didn't say their business name when answering the phone so I asked if this was Rice Bowl Chinese Cafe. The gentleman was very rude and acted irritated. I didn't even order after that. Not a good first impression.
