Hoboken Waterfront Walkway can be on your route by default, the guests' recommendation is to come to this restaurant. Ignore other places, discover the Chinese and Japanese menu at Rice Shop. The truth is that you will really enjoy nicely cooked spring rolls, fried chicken and sushi. This place offers delicious wine among its drinks. A selection of good thai iced tea, ice tea or lemonade is provided to visitors. Guests don't highly appreciate pancakes at this spot.
This restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. According to the reviewers' opinions, prices are adequate. But google users rated Rice Shop and it didn't receive a high rating.

Rice Shop is one of our favorite local restaurants. I would highly recommend roast duck with rice. The roast duck, pork etc. meat dish are always good. I even like the rice...rice seems to be even more tasty with fragrance (I am not kidding)... We also tried several other dishes, rice congee and scallion pancake etc . They are authentic Chinese food and tasty.

This place is closed @ 7pm. Came all the way here from another town because wifey had craving (prego). What a shame!

I don't understand all the negative reviews. By far the freshest, most authentic Chinese food in Hoboken. Their duck/roast pork bbq combo is the bomb. Can't speak to the delivery experience as I always pick up. I decided to try despite negative reviews. So glad I did, because the food is always spot on, tasty and cheap.
