El Rincon Criollo is one of my favorites for the food, but I had a bad experience on Friday night. I arrived with my husband around 8:30 pm, almost closing time, the food tasted good, it was just that they served it to us almost cold. The service was not good, we still left a tip although I don't think they earned it, the boy who was there started cleaning the floor with that fabulous liquid that smells very strong while we were there eating something that I consider very unpleasant because if you have clients you should expect that leaving to start sweeping and cleaning the floor is rude. We asked for the bill before we finished eating to give them a heads up because I felt like they almost threw us out when we stopped to leave, the boy told us where they are going, they already paid, I told him well yes, what a lack of courtesy, I think the owner should lend more attention to customer service because although the food is good if the customer service is bad it doesn't work and this is not Cuba there are thousands of restaurants here where the customer service is very good the competition is wide. I liked going here but since I felt so bad about the attention received, the food was almost cold and they didn't even offer us dessert to order because apparently they wanted us to leave quickly, my husband felt the same, we made a mistake in choosing to have dinner there, well there I will not return again because where they provide me with bad customer service is not worth visiting.
