Top notch restaurant serving the real deal Italian food…Went for lunch just before Christmas. Started with carpaccio of beef with black truffle shavings and a side salad of ruccula and shavings of parmesan. Perfect temperature and enough shavings of truffles to make most people happy.My partner had the bruchetta with the sweetest of small tomatoes and perfect toasted bread.Second round was Tagliolini con code d’astice (fine pasta with lobster). 1 and ½ lobster tail served in it’s shell and pasta coated in the most delicious, rich and yet balanced lobster suce I have tasted in a very long time. Absolute one of the high-lights for me this year in Fribourg.My partner had a portion of truffle risotto which was creamy, had a bit of a bite to it and an intese perfume of the black truffle shavings.The restaurant is very clean and well organized. Service is spot on, being very friendly and efficient.Will come back without a doubt.
